Mail club

Subscription arrival times

Sign up by the 20th of December to receive January Edition (USA)

or 15th December for International.

 Orders for the mail club are sent out towards the end of each month. Exact dates will be posted on my website. Please allow up to 7 business days after this date for US orders to arrive, and up to 21 business days for International.

How payments work

The monthly sign-up cut-off is the 20th. If you sign up after the 20th of the month, you will receive the next month's print as your first. (eg. you sign up on the 21st of December, your first order will be February edition)

After initial payment, reaccuring payments will occur on the 15th (International) or 20th of every month (USA).

If you join at the beginning of a sign up period, (week after 20th) there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first mail club edition. Rest assured you will receive a delivery for each corresponding payment! 

For example: (USA example, based on cut of date of 20th each month)

If you sign up December 19th:

first payment: December 19th (to receive January edition)

next payment: January 20th (to receive February edition)

If you sign up December 21st:   

first payment: December 21st (To receive February edition)

next payment: January 20th ( To receive March edition)

I did not recieve this months edition, or it arrived damaged

Unfortunately mail can get lost or damaged in the post. If you do not receive your monthly subscription after the estimated time frame or your artwork arrives damaged, please get in contact at woundedsoulsociety@gmail.com or use contact form on website

Prints and Original Artwork

Shipping & Delivery (Prints)

Prints are shipped through USPS both within the US and Internationally. If all products appear to be sold out your country may not be available for shipping. Please contact woundedsoulsociety@gmail.com to enquire about adding your country to the shipping locations.

Returns & Refunds

All prints are made to order, and Originals are delicately packaged to order, therefore once artwork has been purchase refunds can not be given.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in contact via woundedsoulsociety@gmail.com or contact form so we can resolve the issue.

Original Artwork

Original artwork will be posted on this website as it becomes available. US shipping is included in the shown price. For international shipping & taxes please contact directly via woundedsoulsociety@gmail.com
